Here are the 4 reasons why should you join Social Mariners Sailing Club?
Reason 1
We’re all equal here. There is no port captain, commodore, rear commodore, or any of that fancy dandy titles. We’re all kinda normal humans here trying to have fun and enjoy sailing.
Reason 2
You will get hands on training such as trimming the sails, working the lines, etc. at the end you will help out put the boat away properly.
Reason 3
You might just want to hang out and relax while sailing. That’s also cool. However, at the end of sail, everyone helps out putting the boat away. It’s only fair.
Reason 4
We will have once per month Taco Tuesday. After tacos we could play board games and enjoy a cocktail or two. Now, this is BYOB, and everyone brings a food item to share.
Reason 5
For those that can’t make it on a Taco Tuesday, will be hosting, once per month on a Saturday – Brunch Potluck Style on a Duffy Boat while we cruise around the harbor.
